Hmmm they are taking quite a while to get back to you. Maybe the Samaritans can get back quicker. It's really affected you that you emailed... how, Christina? In a good way, or a bad way?

I cant quite remember, but i think theres a time allowance of up to 7 days or longer for them to get back to someone due to them being so busy.. Im just hoping, i really want somewhere where i can email.. i really dont want to talk to someone.. my chest is very heavy, like a heavy pressure and my throat is vvery tight. I just have this terrible fear of something happening to me if i get involved with doctors or the medical profession. Im having so mmuch trouble sleeping.. im so tired but i cant sleep

The pressure and tight throat is like a panic attack. Did you try any of the coping techniques? I hope you can find some sleep

I'm glad you managed to catch some sleep, ChristinaDo you mean tired when you say "shattered"?
Things will get easier for you,Christina. Your worries would reduce as you keep reaching out and receiving help. Even though this might be difficult for you to believe now, you have indeed started a journey towards healing and getting better. You are not alone anymore-you will make it through this however long it takes

Prairie has been giving very good advice and I agree with all I was able to read. You are doing well, Christina

If you need to talk or anything, I will be online for a while... You don't have to if there's no need Do what makes you feel comfortable... A nice bath might be a good idea to calm yourself now...

I did get some sleep, not much, but some. When i said shattered I meant a lot of things. It's like I've gone back in time, I feel like a frightened little girl again. I'm so afraid of everything, I feel like I'm falling to pieces. I've cried all day today, I haven't been able to stop. I just want to go and hide somewhere and not come out again.. I'd love to talk online but i think our hours are so different.. It does help to know I'm not so alone..thank-you x
