I don't know what even caused it but after coming back from work today, I sat down to watch TV. After about an two hours or so I dozed off. Two hours later I wake up to the sound of heavy rain. I'm dizzy, in my mind all I'm seeing/feeling is as if I was being thrown around from one end of a space to another. I'm also beginning to show signs of an attack. I feel trapped again in my body and would like for it to disappear.
I think you need to get rid of some stress, like seriously... There are many programs of it, may it be meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, anything. I think you should try and care more about your mental state.
