Default Don't Be Afraid To Speak Up

If you think someone is struggling with anxiety, just check if they are okay and let them know they matter to you. To anyone struggling, it is okay if you want to be alone, alone time can be good, but being in a comfortable environment with friends and family can do a lot of good as well. As a society, we need a better approach toward mental health and we need to stop making assumptions.

Good thoughts, thank you. Maybe you're right about "alone time" being a little bit double-edged.

Don't mean to advertise, but want to share some experience of mine. For many years I was the person, struggling with the fear to accept my mental issues, such as a severe syndrome of constant anxiety. I would worry about entering the grocery store, socialite with people, thinking of all possible things that could happen and not happen. It became literally my nightmare, so I was literally forced by my mom to have a session with a therapist. And considering my anxiety of open and public spaces, my only option was online sessions. So the choice was: p-s-y.online

Well, it wasn't easy and quick, I had around 15 sessions, but with each following meeting I felt, that I could speak up and be heard. Can say, it was a relief for me. I still have issues with some fears but think, that those online classes helped me a lot.

Speaking up empowers individuals to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns, fostering open communication and collaboration. By sharing our perspectives, we contribute to the exchange of diverse viewpoints and can promote innovation, problem-solving, and growth. It is important to overcome fear and speak up, as our voices have the potential to bring about positive change and make a meaningful impact in various areas of life.
