I think it's good that you recognise there is a problem here and you obviously don't want to treat your mum like this. I don't know about you, but when my depression gets worse I become hyper sensitive about everything, whatever someone says to me I take the wrong way - this isn't their fault, as ordinarily I could see it for the joke/comment just as it is. Perhaps this is happening to you right now.
As an outsider, I can see that your mum cares about you and her suggestions to help yourself are a sure sign that she cares. I am a mother myself and I wouldn't want to sit by and watch my child go through this without wanting to offer suggestions and encouragement. Perhaps if you pushed yourself to go outside and sit in the sun for just a little while, feel the warmth on your skin and listen to the outside world it just may help.
Nature has a wonderful way of being the best calming influence in times of extreme anxiety.
