Default Can't remember the last time I was this anxious...

My anxiety is through the roof. I can't remember the last time it was like this. Work (primarily dealing with my non performer in my team) is just so stressful I can't cope. No one knows or understands just how stressful it is. I'm good at hiding it. But even though I tell people they still don't get it. I feel so unsupported by management too.

I can't take it.

It is a horrible thing to have to deal with. Why do you feel unsupported by management?

Maybe you could forward some articles on anxiety to the people who don't get it. If they see it from multiple sources they might start to understand it better. As sad as it sounds, a lot of the time it is down to ignorance.

I'm sorry your anxiety is so bad today. Do you see anyone for it or have any medication to help?

I Hope you feel better soon

I cant relate to how you feel, since i never had that experience, but i bet its really stressful! I am sorry you feel so stressful about it But remember (no pun intended), that is just a job, and you will always have to do whats best for it. Career and personal life should be separated decently. When someone doesnt performs well, superiors try to fix him, if he cant be fixed, he is fired. Its a rule of jobs and i myself get it. I am sure its really hard for you, so here you go a one big online (((((((((((((((((((((((((((RTG)))))))))))))))))))) ))))))))

Hi guys, thanks so much for your support. I feel unsupported by management because they didn't take any of it seriously for so long and used the excuse of "he's not doing it on purpose"... so essentially I was left to deal with it on my own.

nsd, I really hope that your rule of jobs is what happens here... I've luckily got a new temporary manager who has finally started to take it seriously. But it's up to me to "prove" that he's not performing. And this worker of mine is just so slimy and manipulative. So I'm just busy collecting evidence in the hope that he will get fired.

On the bright side, I've just had a week off work and feel so relaxed. So hopefully starting back at work next week won't make me go downhill again.
