Yup, and recently I have been waking up wayyyyyy earlier than I need to and I just start thinking about all my problems and cannot get back to sleep. It's making me so mad because its becoming a habit and its ruining my day cuz im so tired all the time.

Yeah, though I just thought it was the hangover. But I still get it even when I haven't drunk the night before. It makes sense that booze makes it worse though, it is a depressant. I think it's because you're trying to face the day. Once you've been awake long enough, you've prepared yourself for doing that. But initially, you're unprepared, so you worry more.
