Default All this stuff...

recently i came home from college after a suicide attempt. and now i am trying to get back into the real world going back to school and such. but everything seems way too overwhelming again and my anxiety problems arent helping. does anyone have good coping techniques that they use when they feel completely overwhelmed? please help me out here!!!

One Coping skill that really helps me is deep breathing. Have you thought about going into therapy having someone outside the family to talk to can help loads too. and if cost is an issue your college may have councilors to speak with that are free of charge.

Try just taking each day one hour at a time and life with slowly come back together.

only think of one task to do at a time, don't take on everything at once as you'll get overwhelmed. I can literally think of at least ten things I could/should be doing but there's no need to think of them all at once

also take a break that completely distracts the mind, for me I immerse myself in a video game,tv, show or whatever
