I just can't! Its the first time i've been to a bar for a while. I meant to be meeting people there (stress number 1, im not walking in with anyone!) i'll only know 2 people out of lots (stress 2, im not sure how ready i am to have to mingle again!) now i dont know if i've left it too late cos ive spent so much time worrying over it! Aaargh! I want to go and dont want to go in equal measures, but i dont know if my reasons for not going are good enough (stress 3 i may be hard on myself but i dont want this to turn into another example of letting myself down.)

Thanks everyone :) :) I didnt go out in the end! But instead of beating myself up about it, i realised that i'm just not ready and thats alright! It didnt feel like the right situation to venture out to. It worked out really well because my two good friends came up for a visit and we relaxed had a drink and laughed and played a bit of scrabble till 3am! Rock and roll people!

But i really enjoed the process of getting ready to go out and making myself feel pretty and dressing up. So thats a good step too!
