Exclamation Please Report Guideline Violations

Dear members,

We want all our members to feel supported and safe here. We have the guidelines in place to help ensure that the community is a helpful place where members can feel better - not worse. As moderators we enforce the guidelines to the best of our ability, but unfortunately we do not catch everything. We need your help.

If you have issues with another TTL member in PM or on the forum, please do not hesitate to contact us about it. If a member upsets you, it is very likely that the member upsets other members as well. For those reasons we ask that all members help us by reporting things that upset them or in other ways violate the guidelines.

We strongly discourage members from giving or receiving support via private messages. However, it has been known to happen. As we do not read unreported PMs, we need you to contact us if you have problems with other members using private messages. Such issues can be someone asking for your contact information, sexual advances, telling you that they intend to commit suicide, asking for depression support, or in other ways making you feel uncomfortable.

If members harass each other or in other ways make other members feel bad, it makes TTL a bad place to be for everyone. We don't want members leaving TTL because of other members behavior and disrespect for the guidelines.

You can report posts and PMs by clicking on the report button next to the post/PM - or you can contact us by making a new thread in the Contact Moderators forum. This forum is confidential and any threads you create there will be visible only to yourself and members of the TTL team. Other members are also not able to see that you have made a report, and all reports will be treated confidentially.

Thank you for helping us keep TTL a supportive and safe place to be.

Best wishes,
