It makes me feel better to see this positivity and to see that there are good people like you who are supportive and care.

I just wanna say thank you to the creator of this site, and the mod, and of course to all its members.
I have suffered with MH since I was 19, I am 27 now. Although I do have supportive people in my life, most have not gone through a fraction of what I have been through, and although they do try their best to understand, they really cannot.
What I love about this site, is what you said Ella. Even if it is just a hug or something, or even if people do not reply, you know people are reading. And who knows, maybe the person reading it might be thinking "me too", which in turn lets them know that they are not alone in what they are feeling/thinking and dealing with.
So thank you TTL xx

Just the fact that you read their post and that you want to reply to them helps other people. It shows them that they are not alone, and that they matter.
And if you do not feel up to replying to someone, that is okay as well. Depression makes talking to people hard to do, and our members here know that. You are not alone. Please remember that. There are people on this forum that have been in the darkness and knows how it feels. And there are people who have passed through it and are feeling better. You can do it too. I believe in you.
Thank you all for supporting each other on the journey to feeling better.

I would like to give a word of sincere thanks to the moderators of this forum who really guide this forum the right way...so to all the mods==HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018...and continue this forum like you always did==that means with heart and soul..i wanna adress a word to the members as well..a lot of them seem to have a problem in life be it with themselves,a partner, health, their own behaviour etc..it's not a matter HOW you look or HOW you behave in life...
it's how we cope with it and try to change or do something about it..i am not normal, you are not normal, nobody is normal==the WORLD is not normal...so..after all..WE don't have a problem==the world we must live in?maybe?
well...well... sure..life...is what we MAKe it ourself sometimes...
