I wander around the internet (here, youtube, some sport sites), listen to music, eat junk food like I'm getting ready to hibernate.

Helping others is my best coping mechanism for in turn of helping myself.

I come on here and try to help. I also just go for walks. Go to the park by myself and just hang out there. Also I go for car rides.

Walking is the best thing for me. Also imagining better times in the future. Sleeping - oh yeah. Emailing someone - I love to email when I'm depressed because I don't have to deal with people but I can still sort of connect to them.

Lately I've tried singing whenever I'm alone. It really helps.

And exercise. Running, shadow-boxing, biking, anything to get the endorphins going. If I'm too messed up to go outside I just jump rope in my bedroom. Helps keep me going.

This.

And I drink.

I write poems. It helps me release things/feelings, and keep trying to move forward.

I do everything not to drink heavily and everything to elevate my mood in other ways.

Listening to loud rock music, gaming and watching football matches helps me.
I find taking a hot shower does wonders too. Unfortunately I find drink helps me a lot also. Thankfully, I Just get drunk at most, once a week.

I sleep, cry, go numb, lose motivation to exercise, lose my appetite and wander 'round places and listen to music.
