Well when I get majorly depressed, all I do is think of ways to kill myself, for hours and hours. To stop myself I go into complete solitude where I don't talk to anyone or do anything for days besides sleep and meditate. Sounds extreme, sure. But it's the only way I can deal with those deep lows.

I love games too but I just never have time for them. I know they're not constructive so can only play them when I've done something worthwhile and at the moment whatever I do is such a waste I can't waste more with games.

shame cos I have several unfinished ones I'd like to see the end of.

I play video games too, black ops and mass effect. I play basketball, read stuff online. I just got B.o.B.'s new mixtape and it's sweet. When it gets bad, just like justmellow I isolate myself and sleep.

It is good thing, internet evolves. With fun and opportunities with different social media sites, I was able to redeemed myself. Thanks also to online help that made ease of my predicaments.

There's various little things that help for me like going outside or just putting my schedule aside and doing something I actually want to do, but more than anything I like to sing.

I've recently been putting together a playlist of only my favourite happy and encouraging songs. Anything depressing does not get listened to when I feel bad. It rarely helps.
