This link is to the American company Puritan's Pride, which manufactures and sells vitamin/mineral supplements, herbal remedies, aromatherapy, pet products, hair care, and more. I have been their customer for about 20 years and have always had a good experience. The link is for the vitamin B-12 section, where you can find sub-lingual B-12 and even sub-lingual B-12 with B-6, Folic Acid, and Biotin.

I started to take the sublingual B-12 about a month ago, and have noticed an improvement in my level of focus. It has been beneficial for studies. I am not sure how to rate other things like my ability to cope with stress or propensity to feel down. I have not been able to draw direct correlation between B-12 and depression, though I am not the best candidate for that.
