To be honest and truthfully honest.....I was always ok mentaly wise...(i think) lol.....always had my house tidy and organised (not gleaming by any means my sisters were - could eat off their toilets) urghhh....anyway for the last couple of years i found i couldnt get on top of anything...nothing....always found i was doing the same cleaning over and over again and never had time to do detail things like windows or clear wardrobes...so honestly my house went to wreck and ruin...honestly....in the last week im so organised i threw out 11 bags of clothes belonging to kids.....my kids are great will always get stuck in when i ask them....so we did it today and now im clutter free in the bedrooms and in my head....i still have a few things that need doing, cant be doing it all in one day...but I honestly have to say the sjw is helping.....also i have to add .....i was addicted to coke....(now let there be no panic) its the diet coke range....lol......well i used to drink up to 8 litres a day..AND NOW THAT IS THE TRUTH REALLY AND HONESTLY IT IS.... but this week i have had no longing for it....ive had some, but most certanily not 8 litres of the damn thing......

Ok I have to stop here now....I feel like im exaggerating a little bit...but Im not...now I thinking maybe these people think im completely mad.....if you know me personaly you would see a difference.....as i said before Ive never been on any depression tablets so I cant tell if its the same feeling Im having on the sjw......

sorry guys Im really ranting now....

Rant over.....

Try to relax. Do some deep breathing exercises Lindy or have a warm cup of milk.

well it's 1.49am here and I really should be in bed but my nose is so blocked that I know I can't breathe properly when I lie down so I figure I'll exhaust myself.
