Hi Mask, ok the foods are called superfoods and just google superfoods and a wealth of info will appear and places you can buy them or ya should be able to get them from good health stores, and here are some explanations ive found off the net of each one I am taking -*
Wheatgrass:- *Wheatgrass contains all the elements that are missing in your body's cells - especially enzymes, vitamins, hormones, and nucleic acids. Wheatgrass has been proven over many years to benefit people in numerous ways including cleansing the lymph system, building the blood, restoring balance in the body, removing toxic metals from the cells, nourishing the liver and kidneys and restoring vitality.
Spirulina:-*As a health supplement, Spirulina algae is higher in protein than any other food source with a protein content of 60-70 percent higher than any other natural food.*Unlike other forms of protein, the protein in Spirulina is 85-95% digestible, one of the highest available. *Even greater nutritional value can be found in its high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients which include the essential fatty acids, GLA fatty acid, lipids, the nucleic acids (RNA and DNA), B complex, vitamin C and E and phytochemicals, such as carotenoids, chlorophyll, and phycocyanin, which is a protein that is known to inhibit cancer.
Chorella:- *Chlorella is a natural Source of concentrated nutrition and is one of nature's true superfoods. Chlorella is considered a whole food, and it's rich in protein, caretenoids (astaxanthin, canthaxanthin, flavoxanthin, loraxanthin, neoxanthin and violaxanthin), enzymes (pepsin) and chlorophyll. It is great for detoxing the blood and flushes out such toxins as pesticides and mercury! Which is great as I have a mouthful of mercury fillings!
Msm powder:-*It is MSM's ability to make cell walls more permeable, which makes it an essential part of any detox programme. It allows toxins trapped within cells to be released. Some people may experience the negative symptoms of detoxification when starting to use MSM as toxins are flushed from the system. These symptoms may include headache and fatigue and generally the more intensely these effects are felt, the more toxins are being flushed. It is important to drink twice as much water as you usually do for at least the first 10 days of taking MSM, to allow the toxins to continue to be flushed effectively from your body.
MSM has shown promise for those suffering from arthritis or muscular pains. It is such a strong pain reliever that it was originally given to racehorses to alleviate muscular pains following a race. As MSM has been shown to be so safe, many people concerned about side effects of NSAID's (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen) have been taking MSM instead.Our bodies use sulphur to build new cells. Cocoa nibs :- this is my favorite i have instead of chocolate bars and sweets, I dip a banana in the nibs which brings out the choc flavour takes away the bitterness and adds a devine crunch! And if ya havin a night in with a loved *one and glass of wine nibble through some nibs and enjoy a very chilled outlived up evening! :oD

Camu camu:- *Camu-Camu is a true 'superfood' from the Amazon rainforest

Goji berries:- And then there is Goji berries!!! My most Benifical superfood in which I noticed a immediate difference! I started off soaking these in a glass of water over night and as soon as I woke up I drank the water they'd been in and then added the berries to a smootie or soup.

My diet is trial and error it's just a case of finding what works best and there are so many other superfoods and foods i wish to try, but I can't recommend enough on how valuable nutrition is in relation to depression. I've learnt so much and there is still a wealth of knowledge to discover yet!*
I know now that every time I spoon processed food into my body I am liturally eating dead food and how can my body function proper when it's trying to deal with the stodge I put in it, then when it has sorted out the stodge it realizes it hasn't recieved much nutrition it goes and sources nutrition from the stores in my body making it weaker and old. If ya food is fresh raw and beautiful as the universe made it ya on to a good thing, look at animals for the biggest example. Have ya ever asked yaself where cows get their protien and calcium?
*It's big businesses that want us to eat their products be it milk, flesh and pies, it boils down to money like it does with the drugs doctors hand out,*and ya gotta fight back!!!! Do your research and understand you are amazing your body has the ability to heal itself, for me its been such a journey of discovery that ive been able to help my father along the way with his arthritus and a friend who has type 1 diabeties, did you know diabeties can be cured!!! and if you find those basic building blocks to understanding your body and it's needs you are on to a winner, your gonna be armed for what life throws at you and for me the events in my life which have fueled my depression I am coping with and able to live with now. *Again I truelly hope this helps someone else and if anyone gives nutrition a go please keep in touch and let me know how you get on!! *XX
