How many of you, have been told these things before? You know random internet people, to family, friends, strangers, etc. "Just learn to love yourself" "Learn to be happy, if your not happy then no one will like you" etc.
I always hear these things, from everyone and never quite understood them. How can you have yourself be happy when your depressed all the time and then your anxiety is bothering you, among other issues in your life?
It is quite difficult no? Anyone have these options actually work for them?
