Default Labneh (Middle Eastern Yogurt) For Fight Against Depression

Hey guys....during my last semester I would feel depressed somedays and somedays not...and I noticed that when I ate yogurt I felt fine during sunny days and clear skied nights (noncloudy nights)...but would feel a little depressed during cloudy days (both day and night)....and then I noticed that when I ate cream cheese I felt fine during cloudy days (both at day and night) but felt a little depressed during sunny days and clear skied nights...so I thought about this Middle-eastern yogurt called Labneh...which is basicaly yogurt which is drained through a cloth to make this soft cheese but its still kinda yogurt....I ate this yesterday and so far I have felt fine both during sunny days and cloudy days...so just thought maybe I can share my story. Wishing you guys all the best.

You can find Labneh at most Middle-eastern or Arab/Turkish grocery stores. But even if you can't get your hands onto it, its very easy to make it at home. A link explaining how:

I don't know if it helps depression, but I have been making yogurt cheese for awhile to use instead of higher fat foods. You can use it as a substitute for cream cheese.

I use a yogurt cheese maker I got from Amazon, since it's a lot less messy. I should note that I also make my own yogurt ...
