This is an excellent treatment to use for healing ones body!

When Dr Norman Cousins was dying from Heart or Cancer, I cannot remember which, he decided to use laughter and diet as his treatment protocol.

He never allowed himself to be sad or negative.... he watched only comedys all day and of the Three Stooges, Marx brother etc... he was totally healed in I believe it was 3 months and went on to write a book about the healing power of laughter and he incorporated it into his practice, diet, exercise and watching the news, stress...
No sugar, refined food, no white flour, no red dyes, no food that has a bunceh of chemical in it that you cannot promounce. :D
Whole, healthy foods, brown rice, whole grain breads and pasta, fruits , veggies... each person found what part of the diet fit their needs.

I love to laugh........Even if I am in pain if I see a funny movie. it helps , the other thing is inspiring up lifing movies... when I am down I will watch something like Rudy...... :D

Sometimes I laugh so hard I can barely's great! One of the ironies of my life is that I have very sensitive lungs, and I've had bronchitis and walking pneumonia several, when I laugh really, really hard, I start coughing. So for a while I was being very careful not to laugh...but that just made my life a lot less interesting...yes, laughter is the best medicine of all. I like to watch comedies.

Laughter can help sometimes but not always. It depends how sad I feel. When I am really down, I don't want to laugh, and if I do happen to laugh a little or chuckle, it can hurt inside, and that's no help.
