Not all supplements are the same, just letting you know.

I wish you all the best and hope you guys can recover from this condition. Stay positive!

"The End" and everyone else, You can do it!!! I believe in you all!!

Listen to this song, it helped me to not worry so much when I was depressed.

Oh, I am not affiliated with the site. I just did weeks of research on supplements and such. I found this source to be the best, in my opinion. But, if you or someone else is serious about this, please do your own research on supplements, etc, just to make sure this is the best.

I will say I do believe exercise helps with depression. I started goint to the gym again and I'm so happy I did. I feel better already after 2 days of exercise. As for vitamins I have Cod Liver Oil and Vitmin D but I stopped them when I got depressed, I'm going to start including them back into my diet this week too. I know about Trytophan. Didn't know about the tart cherry for sleeping will look that up. I've been having sleeping problems due to stress.

Thanks for the tips.

I think it's great canihelp that your trying to benefit others with what helped you with your depression. Last year or so I got into exercise and eating right etc and it did help to improve my depression...it by no means made it magically disappear. I have since been hit with another wall of depression and it knocked me on my ass again. I hope to get back into exercise but I'm in such a rut I have no energy for anything and have been stuffing my face with crap...emotional eating.

I appreciate the post and like you said take it or leave it.
