I read the article, well I tried to...honestly I stopped because I didn't really like what I was reading, which I know is immature. I'll try to read it more tomorrow. Maybe I was misreading it?

It's just the friend stuff...all the things just kind of confirmed that I've never really had a real friend. Idk, it was making me kind of sad, so I just stopped reading it...I want to stop while I'm still ahead for today. I'll work on it tomorrow.

No - I don't want you to read it if it isn't productive for you, okay? When you recognize that something isn't helpful, I want you to stop doing it. It's fine. Did you have a look at that link to the journal on Amazon I posted yesterday?

Oh sorry, I didn't even notice it before. I guess we were posting at the same time. I'll try to look at it today. I just got back and I'm very tired and going to try to eat dinner.

I believe that with enough self esteem and accomplishments it'd be less likely to get depressed.

Yeah, I hope so...the problem is it feels like there's nothing I can do to improve my self-esteem, you know? I know that obviously there most likely is, but it feels like...impossible?

I know it does feel impossible at times and my self esteem is not as high as I think it should be. Self esteem is such a strange thing IMO. Expcially when at times we leave in the hands of others (like me) What is hard it to learn to love yourself. I struggle with that also.
