Okay, and I got the right pen that I want to use for the journal, so I'll either start writing today or tomorrow. Maybe I'll just put the long term goals in tonight?

I read the article. Some of the ideas seem good, but at the same time, I feel like I wouldn't do them because they would make me feel worse and like I'm even worse off than I thought.

I don't want you to feel worse! That article did have loads of ideas - maybe too many. When that happens, try to pick one or two of them to try. I don't think anybody could do all of them. I saw the list as suggestions for people to pick from.

Try this one, and also see if any of the green links in the article sound good for tomorrow..

Oh sorry, I think you misunderstood. I meant that some of the ideas seemed so trivial and babyish and me doing them would make me think 'oh wow, I must be in a really bad spot if I have to use this stuff to get better'.

I'll read this article later. Thanks so much.

Let me know when you're ready for the next. I'm working on finding more things :)

Wanted to share this and see what you thought. Under the picture of the book, click "Search inside this book". Look through some of the pages, and the journal pages. What do you think? I think it has some very interesting exercises to practice thinking differently :)

Ah, sorry. I was kind of busy today. I'll read that article and another one today if you have one ready.

If you were busy, that's great! You can save the reading for tomorrow :) You don't have to do this every day. Keep practicing when you remember to.

I just don't feel like I've done anything today, so I will at least read that last article.

I was busy, but I guess that's good that I was distracted. I tried to have a good day with my Mom, so we went out to eat and I went shopping with her since she likes that. And she was all excited that there was this huge sale that wasn't advertised.

And then my little brother needed someone to go golfing with hi because he doesn't like to go alone, so I went with him and just got back.

And before we went shopping for clothes, we got some school things which for some reason I always loved as a kid, and I got some chunky highlighters for the journal and these one pens that I love, but I could never find them anywhere. It sounds silly, but I was excited. :)
