so now i'm off all meds and i'm exercising like crazy, i go out for a 3 mile run early in the morning and i try to get another one in in the evening, plus i'm riding my bike around whenever i can instead of driving, and going swimming with my kids at least every other day.
i have to say, i'm feeling significantly better. today i started sinking into a depressive state of mind but it didn't get as bad as it's been known to get in the past by any means, and i was still able to get up the motivation to...go running! and after i ran, i felt SO much better.
if anybody's looking for a natural, healthy way to alleviate depression, this is it.
