Hi I have just changed my diet to make
Myself feel better. Cut right down on high
Sugar products no take away or very rarely
And eat raw foods whole wheat product
And goji berries. I just wanted to know if anyone
Has tryed this or if it worked. I notice that
By eating high fat sugar products like McDonalds
Is very bad as it puts u on a sugar high then
U come crashing down and feel awful.
Have alook at what your eating I feel much
Better 4 it.
