Hi there, my first post, wanted to say I don't want to take any medication at all. In fact I try to even stay away from paracetamol when I have a headache etc.
So I'm trying the exercise route rather. I have a hope (expectation) that exercise will help. Maybe not completely, but will most certainly help. So I've started running again and am enjoying setting myself goals like finish this distance before this time, push it harder even just 1% more...This is one of the few things I am enjoying in life.
Yes its hard to motivate myself to go to the gym sometimes, but the feeling during and after the run is great! Im a firm believer that people are not designed to just sit down for hours and hours.
I will post on my progress one the coming weeks... I really want to get better and enjoy life once more.
