Does anyone else use aromatherapy to help with their depression?

I enjoy aromatherapy and have loads of recipes that I use for different things. I also love using reflexology.

What are your favourite oils?
When do you tent to use it?
How do you use your oils?

I've never done it but I think there is something to it!

I light my lavender candles and it relaxes me, I'm sure oils and such would do an awesome job!! Thnx for posting this, I think I will research it some more!:)

I just started today with Neroli Oil, Sweet Orange, Rose Otto and Tea tree oil. I pray that it staves off my nervous energy, anxiety and mood swings.

Please share more recipes. Thx

just looking into this, going to get some:

Lavendar
Roman Chamomile
Clary Sage Oil
Bergamot
Neroli
Jasmine
Helichrysum
Cypress

If it doesn't work for my mood, I'm sure it'll make my place smell nice

Yes! I used to make my own facial oil blends and foot/hand butters and still do.

I love burning oils, I need to get a new burner tho'...

and incense

Ylang ylang is my favourite oil to burn, and sandalwood is my favourite incense. They are wonderful to ground and balance.
