Default How to be Aggressive!

Well I tried to avoid conflict by avoiding people. Delusional. People still talked to me. I'm not a loner.

Ten years ago, I started therapy. Day one, I said I want to be aggressive. She said be assertive. But she didn't say why.

Ten years of therapy: loner, hippie, Christian, Buddhist, meditation, sex...nothing got resolved!!! What a joke.

Bottom line is I need to learn to fight back against the bullies
How?

Hey there, I have been googling the internet and came across your view on life. I have to say, I have never quite found someone else who feels exactly the same. I would be honored to share these thoughts together with you. I have just started therapy a year ago, and have a personality disorder but still hate everything and I cannot find a job for myself. You posted a thread about jobs for loners, well I am in that predicament currently. Yours, julia. (my user is jeepers creepers because I love creepy movies, tim burton is also my favorite, his movies comfort me because I love the strangeness)

Hi Julia,

It's good to know I found someone who feels exactly the same. I too would be honored to share these thoughts together.

We both love strangeness haha. I listen to metal. And it's one of the reasons I call myself a loner.

I actually did find two jobs for loners. I transcribe from home and proofread in an office where you're asked to work alone. Just put your resume on a job board.

How to be agressive? It's not really hard. I was trying to be hard and agressive three years back ( because it seemed to me like a better option than to be desperate). I broke down two windows at my home, while i was drunked and than i tried to kill myself. But it's no use to be agressive, i think that better is to be wise.
