Default My indian friend

I have a friend in India, and she is struggling... She has three kids, beautiful kids. She lost her husband due to Aids, so her family don't want to support her.. She is such a strong woman. It seems like her faith is what keeps her going. And now I've heard from another friend of mine that she has tried to kill herself.. Idk what to do.. I wish I could go there and talk to her, support her.. Tell her that she just can't give up, that her kids need her.. But she is so far away.. I can try to support her a little, but I don't have that much money at the moment either.. It's so sad to want to help, but not be able to.. She was so kind to me when I was there, shared all she had with me.. I wish I could give more back to her.. It makes me so sad that people struggle like this all around the world.

I know what you mean...my wife is from the Philippines and her family is very poor. We try to help as much as we can, but I wish we could do more.
Sending your friend even $50.00 would be a HUGE help, and even more than the money she would know you really care enough to do what you can.
It's so sad how people in poor countries have to live, yet many seem happier than people here with nice homes, nice cars and wide screen TV's.

Sorry to hear that Mitza, I too know the pain of feeling someone elses burdens and troubles. As said above, a little money can go a long way sometimes. If not that, kind words are always good. I hope she gets better and can take care of her kids without struggling

(HUGS)
