So, I had 6 teeth pulled today. It was actually quite an interesting experience but I might not think that if I wasn't on drugs at the time. I was awake through the whole thing. I sort of wish I could do it again.

Anyway, the doc gave me a prescription for several things including oxycotton(that's just what me and my friends called it when I was growing up). I got home, still very much affected by the novocaine, but you're supposed to take all the pills anyway because the novocaine wears off sooner or later. I took the pills. It's now about 11 hours since I took the oxycotton and I have little to no pain. So, I've got 19 of these things left, and I know what's gonna happen to them.

If you don't need them, know you'll abuse them but don't want to fall off the wagon, the obvious solution is to throw them out so it's not an option. Much easier said than done I know...

I actually stopped taking the Percocets. I developed tolerance to them very quickly. Also I had an unpleasant experience with them so I gave them to my mother and told her not to give me anymore unless I was really in pain. I had some pain yesterday but I got by with some extra strength tylenol and I'm sure my pain won't get worse unless I get infected or something.
