...but I'll be a good boy now. On Sunday I took 3 xanax in the morning on and another 4 at night. I'm only supposed to take 2 a day. Yesterday I took 2 in the afternoon, which of course didn't hardly do anything since my tolerance was so high, and then took 5 after dinner and then took an additional 4. I just feel stupid now.

Everyone has relapses, the important thing is that you recognise it was a mistake and that it wasnt a wise thing to do. Beating addiction is a long hard road, but youll get there in the end, dont beat yourself up too much about it
