I don't know, but he was mad as a hatter, and for some reason that was OK back then, now they would just lock him up or not accept him at any university and they would say all his ideas were mad and give him shots of Haldol. That is what I think.

Honestly i think, that this man - Nikola Tesla is a brilliant scientist of all times. He gave us a better understanding on Alternate Current, he created a generators, solenoids.. i could keep going and going. What he could to this time..? God knows, what was in the head of that man, but for sure he would do something genius and most perfect and powerful for nowadays people. As i can remember he was the first man and scientist who could in laboratory conditions produce more than 1000000 volts, that's >= than lightening, so in the sense he was the first who created lightening as a human being..
