I don't know that there is ever a great way to feel about rectal bleeding. Have you seen a doctor about it? I have no clue what you know already or about your case in the specifics, so I'll share some basic info you may already know.
Try to consume more fruit, as much as your appetite allows, especially in the morning. I try to do mostly fruit till about noon. It should help you move things through. I don't know if it matters what kind but I found dark coloured grapes that were organic worked best for my taste and my body. Other people find happiness in other fruit like watermelon or apples, etc. My experience has been that the best results for me were from fruit. It seemed like it helped me clean out my guts in a complete way. The fruit also helps to move things through naturally without the gas or scratchy feelings down at the exit area like I feel when I take powders or pills for fiber.
You can also take psyllium husk to help things move or any of the fiber+probiotic types of mixtures.
Try not to strain a lot when you feel the need to go. It's easy to want to but that's what gives you hemorrhoids and bulging veins that are easily irritated. Sometimes you have to wait until the "go" feeling is telling you to go more urgently. If you feel like there's stuff that's not moving through as it is supposed to, you can try enema to take care of that.
Keep your tissues where you get the fissures clean. You can use peroxide if you feel like you are starting up an infection and follow up with an antibiotic cream. If they are more internal, not on the edge or the exterior, they should heal up with your easier and complete movements that you should get from eating a good amount of fruit or taking fiber.
We have to become creative problem solvers, not just tolerant burden barers.
