Even though my dad says my brother isn't comming to the funeral I still worry that he might. ...even if he does show up I will refuse to leave. ..

My psychiatrist said that my new medicine will help with this paranoia with my brother. ...also when she talks to him and my dad...I know this paranoia is ridiculous

my bf calmed my mind down a lot from my paranoia about my brother today but im still a tiny bit paranoid ...my bf is so sweet and makes me feel safe ....my paranoia is ridiculous....i started to get paranoid when my cousin was going to try to talk to me today..but the reality is he could not even try to hurt me again because other people are around so ...this paranoia is ridiculous....i wasnt paranoid about my cousin being at the mass and the cemetary because there were others around and it wasnt in a area that was isolated...but when my other good cousin and him were having a beer in the backyard ...the bad one followed me into the kitchen after i came outside to ask my good cousin where was the ice tea was since the backyard door is connected to the kitchen .....i walked away fast ...i had no idea he was in the backyard...i hope this stupid ridiculous paranoia goes away..im ridiculous
