I have had small stuff happen to me. As a child I used to see this little boy who'd watch me play. I used to think it was my overactive imagination but I don't think at 6 or 7 I could've imagined the proper clothing from the mid-nineteenth century.

I also constantly feel like I'm being watched. When I was about 12 I saw my friend's father spend his last few moments on earth. He was dying of cancer and in the last half hour I briefly saw him just getting sick everywhere; he had fallen off the bed he was lying in. It was gross. Anyway, especially after he died I think he spent a lot of time watching me because I didn't know how to handle it. I know he was at his home too because I could tell he was there. I don't feel him anymore though. Shortly after he died my friend's dog went missing (it was her dad's favorite dog). About 6 months ago the dog turned up (and he's been gone for about 6 years) perfectly fine. Weird...

A closer encounter I've had is when I was staying in a hotel in Wales (my room was right above the cemetery, mind you) I was taking a shower and just as I had gotten fully undressed the door handle shook violently. It scared the hell out of me lol I actually screamed. I immediately opened the door and asked my friend if she had seen/heard to door handle shake and she said yes (she was quite obviously more freaked out than I was). Deciding to shake it off, I start to run the shower but the water is ice cold. I just figured it needed time to warm up so I let it run for a bit but it was still ice cold! I tried doing things differently to see if it was my fault but I know it wasn't. I think that the spirit was still in there messing with me. I think it was maybe a younger guy. I get the feeling it was a guy and he was just having fun irritating me. My friend, on the other hand, didn't find it so funny.

Those are my experiences. My ex boyfriend has had some scarier ones. Here is the one that freaked me out the most: he woke up one morning with deep claw marks on his back. There were horizontal, what I describe as claw marks, streaks on his back at an angle he couldn't reach. (I forced his arms into all sorts of positions because I wasn't willing to believe a spirit did this). It was extremely freaky and left major scars on his back. His entire family is really magnetic to spiritual activity for some reason and he's no exception. He said he knows it was a spirit that didn't really like him. It's funny though because the spirit left. I think it got bored because he just never reacted to them.

So, those are my stories!

I am interested in the paranormal...as was my sister. On my blog I have several "ghost" experiences posted...I copied this one, the most recent, to post here....

About 4 years ago my sister died from cancer. Through most of our lives we had not been close, but in the last years we shared a common hobby and I think that brought us closer. She was 8 years older than I, and both of us had always believed in the supernatural and both of us had experiences with the supernatural in the past, as you saw from the preceding story.

She died only a few weeks before the event I am about to describe happened.

I had bought a new home about a year previous, and re-married only weeks before. My wife was still in the Philippines, so I was living alone at that time. One night shortly after going to bed I became aware that the light on the ceiling fan above my bed was on. That was the light I always used in that room, and I just kind of blew it off that I had not pulled the on/off chain quite good enough. I shut it off again and went back to bed.

The next night the same thing happened. I must admit it made me a bit uneasy. The thought that my sister might have been responsible did cross my mind. I shut the light off with a good tug and went back to bed.

The following night or two I think nothing happened, but on the 4th or 5th night the light came on again after I had shut it off and got in bed. I reached up and pulled the chain to turn it off, with a good firm pull. Minutes later it was back on again. Now I really was getting uneasy. I sat on the side of the bed for a moment and just thought. Finally, I said out loud…Judy, if you’re doing that it is scaring me…if you stop, I’ll know it was you.
Over four years have passed and that light has never come on by its self again. I have asked my wife if she ever had a similar experience with that light, and she has not.

That pic is amazing. There was one on the net from an Irish radio show, its unreal, I have a look for it and post it up.

My father has loads of stories. Haven't got enough time to post them now, so I will post them up later.

It's a shame it's damn near impossible to prove the existence of these things. Especially now when technology has advanced enough that even a child could easily manipulate photos and videos. Guess it all depends on your personal experiences. And even those can't be trusted with the way human psyche tends to work...but I would love to experience something like this. I've had strange rattles, noises and freakish coincidences happen to me, but none that can't be explained rationally. And I've had plenty close people who have passed away. Guess the spirits are just picky if they're out there.

Ghost or alien? Who knows. Was very creeped out by it when I first saw this.

Enter the Men in Black...As the photograph hit the newspapers all over the globe, Jim was visited by two strangers wearing dark suits. They pulled up to his house in a dark Jaguar and identified themselves as memebers of Her Majisty's Government. They requested Jim to take them to the site where the picture was taken. They asked Jim specific questions about the weather, any local animal activity, etc. on the day he had snapped the picture. They then tried to get Jim to admit that it was all a hoax. Jim refused to admit such a thing, so they left him there. It was a five mile hike back to the firehouse where Jim worked.

The link I added reveals how Kodak studied the picture greatly [even the negative] and such a thing like a cloud formation with a lens stain would have easily been detected.

It doesn't help that all these new TV shows try to get you to believe every creek and moan is a ghost that they have captured on film.

They have peoples imaginations in overdrive. The truth is, Every house has it's share of noises that are completely natural. They crack and pop and make all kinds of noises as they heat up or cool down.

Our team takes temperature reading every 10 minutes and log it in our journal, this can explain noises caught on camera or recordings that are viewed later. You never see those guys on TV do that. I guess thats why 97% of our investigations have no paranormal activities at all.

You don't need a ghost when you have....imagination! LOL

Ok, you want to see or hear a ghost.

The "experts" believe it takes alot of energy for a ghost to manifest it's self into a form that can be recognized.

Place yourself in an area that a known trama has taken place.

1. Keep an open mind.
2. Be receptive
3. Provide an energy source. (Be it from a device that emits a strong EMF field or allow it to draw from your energy)

And then just maybe....you will hear or see something you can't explain and nobody will believe when you tell them about it.
