Default nothing in particular

Nothing in particular. Im just having some stress problems in my life at the moment. Im not quite sure how to deal with them, Im in a health class and they said Im at risk for a heart attack by the time Im middle age lol which is just great. Adds to my stress but anyway, when I get stressed more than what I normally am, I throw up at 3am.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this bull?

I have so many books on stress relief. The best thing for me was medication and meditation. I meditate on every part of my body relaxing them in turn from my feet up to my head very slowly. I have also done meditations on expanding love to everyone in the world. I start with my self, then move on to my loved ones, then to people that I am indifferent to, then to people I hate. As a massage therapist I would say to get a massage. Haha. A diet full of fruits and vegetables and taking care of yourself and taking time for yourself is also supposed to help. I would explore books because there are a million of books on this subject. Good luck
