I have so many books on stress relief. The best thing for me was medication and meditation. I meditate on every part of my body relaxing them in turn from my feet up to my head very slowly. I have also done meditations on expanding love to everyone in the world. I start with my self, then move on to my loved ones, then to people that I am indifferent to, then to people I hate. As a massage therapist I would say to get a massage. Haha. A diet full of fruits and vegetables and taking care of yourself and taking time for yourself is also supposed to help. I would explore books because there are a million of books on this subject. Good luck
