I find so much inner peace in solitary living. It helps me to not hear voices.

But my meetup groups (Spanish, Portuguese, atheist, women's, etc.) are fun. But when I'm social, I'm less stable.

What should I do?

I am a loner, but I have found meetup groups to be fun also. I guess its a matter of finding the right balance.

Why do you think you are less stable when you are social?

I guess when I'm social I'm less stable because society bugs meand I don't like to feel part of it. Also, I get into too much sensual enjoyment and start overeating, drinking, smoking a lot, etc.

I'll be 80% loner, 20% epicurean/social. Maybe one or two meetups a month. What do you think?

assess what percentage it is now and raise the loner percentage, maybe you just did that already not sure where the loner % was before.
