Definitely a tea drinker. If ever coffee, it needs to be cowboy coffee from less finely ground beans.

I prefer coffee (black), I don't mind tea but I have to put sugar in it otherwise it tastes like hot milk

I gave up coffee and mostly alcohol (with an occasional drink here or there - nothing serious)

caffeine and sugar consumption didn't help with the lows, it's best to avoid these things while depressed

I am still struggling with smoking and it upsets me

Oh yea, should mention I'm on Luvox. Luvox allows me about 2-3 cups of tea when I feel calm to begin with, if not, stay away from any caffeine.

Luvox can increase the effect of caffeine with up to 5x! And I was sensitive even before the med. So if I have a cuppa coffee it is like drinking 3-4 cups for me!!!

I miss having a pot of tea on heating through the day and drink it all, cup by cup. But that I cannot do anymore and I love tea. So I drink tea only in the mornings and not so much.. I can't tolerate it in the day, then I'm a nervous wreck!

Every day... At least 5-6 cups
But only instant coffee.... I hate fresh coffee... Tastes like shit

Without coffee I dont function, but I was told to cut down as it was causing my stomach great distress!
