Default superfoods anyone

Ive just started reading again this book i have on them and have ordered some powders from indigo herbs in the UK. Im going to try making smoothies. Never done it before but it looks easy and looks a good way to start the day. I have a depleted immune system so its a really good way to get your nutrients. For those who dont know what they are. Basicaly certain kinds of fruits and berries. mushrooms, kelp and algae, barley grass, things like that that have a very high vitamin and other nutrients level that you only need a little of to get you full of good stuff. YOu can just sprinkle them on your cereal if you want. They are expensive though and there are loads to chose from. You kinda want to buy them all.

Great post lilly because juicing or eating these food will help
some people with their mental deficiencies. I got a really
good juicer about a month ago and can tell it's helping me.
Two important foods you didn't list but are great are kale
and beets. I wouldn't want to eat these food but I juice
them and their benefits are amazing. I highly recommend
getting a juicer over drinking powders. It's best to drink
when the fruits and vegetables are fresh before the enzymes
break down. Buying some juices like frozen foods are loaded
with sodium which is bad but is why they have a shelf life.
Better to juice.
