Default New Cookie Ideas

I bake quite a lot and now I'm looking for new recipe ideas. Unusual things or new twists on old things.
My most recent success stories:
Butterscotch Rum Cake
White Chocolate Cherry Macadamia Nut Cookies
Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies with Milk Chocolate Chips

Anyone have any suggestions?

recently I made what can only be described as a peanut butter cumble, thats very good. And I made brownies on the same bad but they have soft cheese in them, which is a weird twist and I'm not sure I like it haha, but my flat mates love it.

I do peanut butter apple bars which are kind of like a blondie. Does your crumble use whole peanuts or oatmeal? Give a girl a recipe!

We used porridge oats, actual peanut butter and condensed milk. I will post the recipe later today :)
I have guests arriving any minute now, but I'll make sure to send you it. It has chocolate chunks as an added bonus too.

Well, the rum cake was such a success I've had requests to make it again, but I can't get butterscotch chips here! I'd have to drive to Dubai (about an hour) to the Hershey store to get them, so it's experiment time! I'm going to try and make my own butterscotch using this recipe. Wish me luck!

I saw that recipe shared on facebook today, and you just beat me to suggesting it! Have you actually made these?
