When I get up in the morning it take me an hour to wake up. I'm also 67 years old. I only drink 1 cup or mug of coffee per day. MY wife makes weak coffee so after I have a mug of her coffee I feel nothing and it's regular coffee. So this might sound like a silly question but I thought I can get a bigger mug and keep putting more coffee in it each morning until it wakes me up which is better that making one cup of strong coffee. I figures drinking a lot of weak coffee will get more water into my system in the morning.
