lol i think its only the co-ups own self raising flour, good stuff it is. ooh i never thought of that making a carrot cake in a cup that would be interesting. youve offically gotten me hooked on these little things :) ..x

..any ideas on how to make a strawberry one?? i tried with strawberry milkshake powder but it didnt work lol..x

umm, maybe you could make it like I did, the white one and add crushed strawberries. Or add strawberry flavour, like what we put on ice cream.. maybe..

hmm yes maybe, ill have a look for some flavouring and get some strawberries :) yummy..thatll be my next cake in a cup..x

I tried strawberry the other day actually, I left out the cocoa powder and added three strawberries with quite a bit of vanilla. Utter failure lol. I think adding a teaspoon or two of baking powder or bicarb soda along with the milkshake powder would fix it. I am going to be trying SR flour, baking powder or soda, vanilla, cinnamon and strawberries next time, so I will let you know how it goes (unless you beat me to it lol) - also I will be adding less strawberry, and mixing it in after I add the liquid so it doesn't get crushed.
