Hey everyone, only just found this site:)

I feel so fed up and I just can't be bothered with this anymore. I hate feeling insecure, alone and empty all the time.
I went to the doctors yesterday, because I really want something to be done about this but she said unless I cut to kill myself she won't do anything.
I'm getting to that stage where if something isn't done soon, I'm going to do something drastic that they'll have to help me.

Well the good news is your not alone anymore. There are loads of people on here for you to talk to!
Are you on meds? Do you see a therapist or have you a close friend or relative you can talk to?

No I'm not on meds nor do i see a therapist, and I have one friend whom I talk to about this. :)

I've tried. I went to the doctors they said unless im self harming to kill myself they wont do anything, there's a really long list at the local counseling service, and ive tried my school nurse before - she was no help.

I just think this could be my only way.

well if you need support we're here for you...but your doctors are kinda weird...i never self-harmed or tried to kill myself but still my psychiatrist sees me...
try talking to people who you think will understand...

You need to direct the treatment. It's your treatment for Pete's Sake. If the docs told you that self-harm was the only way of getting treatment then counter that! There's something missing here. Talk out your feelings.
