Good Morning Brandy my sweet!
I am a forum buddy over at Suicide Forum.
I always start the cafe threads there.
here is how I started today. (I post this because it gives some insight into how I am thinking today).
So I was on my way into work this morning, feeling very sorry for myself.
Usual stuff, I am too fat, too poor, too old, too ugly. I was even thinking that maybe I should quit the praise band at the church.
But funny thing happened as I sat down here at work to write this, I realized that those thoughts are exactly the type of crap that tries to keep me down.
I think a lot of us have negative thoughts that keep us in our cell's.
Well I don't know about your, but I ain't EVER giving up.
I am coming out swinging today. I invite you to do the same.
Your day may not have started off well, but that doesnt mean it has to end that way.
So my friends, with all of that said;
Welcome to the Thursday cafe here at SF. Coffee is brewing and the donuts are fresh.
