Yes, anxiety can make you very tired, anxiety itself as well as side effects like lack of sleep, or lack of restful sleep. For example, I sleep every night but I thrash and talk in my sleep so my doc gives me xanax to make my sleep more restful. Anxiety and depression can have some similar symptoms because they usually go together.

And I know that especially, you need someone . . .

I can't say that I am that someone,
but I am someone . . .

Absolutely. I'm tired all the time now. I take a nap, sometimes two everyday. Yet, I'm almost always tired.

I used to work out everyday. Now, I'm lucky if I have the strength to go once a week.

Anxiety and stress if not delt with lead too depression, they play havoc with your emotional state leaving you feeling tired.

Yes, I also feel tired more than ever. I lack the energy to do the things that usually provided me with strength and more energy.
Anxiety just drains me...

Yes, and biologically it should. The hormone, Cortisol, that is released in the body when you are under stress is SUPPOSED to rev up your body in order to prepare you to have what is known as the "flight or flight" response, or any type of action. But, like anything else Cortisol should be moderated... so when you have anxiety disorders you have not had the proper return to normal, body cortisol levels and you remain in that heightened state for excessive amounts of time.

It sucks, but yes... I feel like I have no energy at all most times.

Several months ago I was in a job that literally made me sick with anxiety, I would start to shake inside as I drove there each day and I was tired all the time. I was also depressed. Ive had a bunch of therapy, Im off medication, and I left the job and got a new one, that I almost look forward to going to. Im still tired. I sometimes wonder if my tiredness is a symptom of my depression, or my depression results from being so tired all the time.

Can constant tiredness reduce anxiety? I find with less energy to fuel anxiety, I can function a lot better. I might fall asleep, but in the time I am awake I am a lot more efficient and feel way more relaxed. I like to keep almost-asleep on public transport so that I stay more chilled out. Even standing on a train for an hour on a crowded train I'll be almost-asleep.
