The Technical Staff are in charge of all the technical aspects of TTL, such as the password resets, and they can provide you with more information and help you solve your issue.

The Technical Staff are not the TTL Team.
The TTL Team consists of Ella, Forest, the Junior Administrators, the Super Moderators and the Moderators. You can reach us by posting in the Contact Moderators
forum. The TTL Team do not handle the security of the site, server issues, software installations and updates, or other technical issues, but focus on the moderating aspect of TTL. We can unfortunately only help you with minor technical issues. We do welcome you to contact us, but if you have any questions about the password reset, we will need to forward your questions to the Technical Staff. Unfortunately, we do not have the access or the background information to solve this issue for you.
