Default Its always on our respiratory organs.....

One day, last month, I was seriously in pressure due to some inappropriate happennings in my life ...including my professional and home life which actually goes hand in hand as I work mostly from home.

I fought with my husband ...scolded my child and along with all this due to all these tensions I messed up with my work too.

I got so frustrated that I jus moved out of my house and started screaming from the balcony sooo loud that I pressed out all the air from my chest was filling with air every time i screamed.... This again happened, recently.

I repeated the same.
I then understood that its because I screamed, I could put pressure on my chest and blood just gushed faster and I could just win over my mental position ...just by charging up my physical situation.

I'm not 100% sure I understand your post but it sounds like you had a good breakthrough understanding. I hope that the pressure you put on your chest if it is helpful will continue to benefit you when you feel frustrated. I'd recommend against passing out, but sometimes it can happen. You sound awfully frustrated and I hope it eases up soon.
